    In order to secure accommodations for the group, a final headcount is needed. By placing your deposit, you are agreeing to the below:

    1. Deposit is non-refundable and must be paid by 11/15/21.
    2. Balance will be paid by 4/1/22 - see FAQs for more information regarding the total cost.
    3. The deposit does not include airline tickets. The deposit only covers housing and certain living amenities.
    4. Deposit must be paid for each person in your party.
    5. You are responsible for purchasing your own flights.

    What is the total cost of the trip?

    Unfortunately, this information is not able to be determined right now. Once a final headcount is received final pricing will be communicated. The maximum budget for lodging is $1500/person which is standard for a 5 day trip.

    When will the final headcount be determined?

    Final headcount is determined by how many individuals place a deposit.

    How do we know who we'll be traveling with?

    Once the final headcount is determined, a group chat will be created so we can all get to know each other.

    If I'm traveling as a couple, does the deposit cover both of us?

    No. The deposit is $300/person. If there is more than one person in your party, the quantity ordered should match the number of people in your party.
